What is my Sterling Silver Cartier serving plate worth?

It's engraved so I don't think anyone would buy it on ebay, so maybe a melt down place, and if so where would I do that?|||The "Cash for Gold/Silver" places are mostly all VERY CHEAP. You'll get the best price taking it to a COIN DEALER. Check your Yellow pages. If concerned, ask if they are members of ANA.
