How can I write a letter that certifies that a watch is not original. The watch is a Santos Cartier?

Get your receipt where you purchase your watch and file a police report. Then contact Cartier either thru airmail and email.|||Not quite sure what it is that you are doing, but if it is that you are trying to sell a watch and want it known that it is not an original and that the person agrees to buying it with the knowledge that it is not the original and that it doesn't become a legal issue in the future, then you can write the letter stating that you sold it with both of you acknowledging that it is not the original, but an imitation Santos Cartier and get it notarized by a notary public. Make sure you and that person sign it in front of a notary. If anything comes up later and that person wants to take you to court over it, it will stand as a legal document.|||Dear Sirs/Madam,
