Are jewelry prices negotiable at Tiffany or Cartier?

I always wondered if I could talk them down.|||Yeah, I got a necklace there for 50 dollars cheaper. It was easy you just have to build up the courage to ask. But yeah, all the stores I go to have a sign "We do haggle"

Really!|||Yeah, no...

If they did that, then why would they be elite anymore?|||hahah....its not a flea market!|||No, this isn't buying a car. What the tag says is what you'll have to pay.|||Definitely not :) Those stores don't even really have a sense of humor about that kind of thing either lol|||No way. They are the top jewelers in the world and they know it. Keep away from them if you want to pay.....you need your mansion and Jag for collateral. Anyway, you can purchase just as good of diamonds at any reputable jeweler however, if you can find a local jewelry-mart go there. I would really not consider purchasing such an investment on-line. See, look and check for cut, clarity, color, to evaluate the diamond in person. It is a important investment so you need to be present. Anyway, I could get into it...hope this helps! =0|||Are prices negotiable at targt or macys? no, because on they are a professional bussiness and besides you will be negotiating with someone paid $5.00 an hour to tell you what ring looks best and has no real power in the company.|||lol You would seriously get thrown out if you tried that.|||No what the price tag says it what you have to pay if you want the item if you want it for less try somewhere like ebay
