I have a Cartier watch and the battery has gone.
Cartier will not replace it as I no longer have all the paperwork that came with it originally.
I've been to a few jewellers and they won't touch it because they don't want to risk it!
Do you have any ideas where I can get it done?
I live in London.

You don't have to have paperwork....Cartier will fix their own watches. I was just in the Cartier store in King of Prussia on Friday getting my husband's watch fixed WITHOUT PAPERWORK.
