What I broke my genuine Cartier Santos 100 Watch. How and where is the best place to get it fixed?

The latch on the strap broke and the second hand of the dial fell off. What's the best way of getting this watch fixed? Where and how? Specifically?

If not they can direct you where to send it to be repaired.|||ugh! that stinks. seeing as though it is an expensive watch you should have some type of protection on that. You can also basically go to any jeweler and have it repaired. try the cartier website and see what they can do about it or just go to your local jeweler and see what they can do for you
